These terms and conditions govern your use of the Wiltshire Carpet Warehouse website and the services we provide. By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Enquiries and Quotes
All prices shown on this website are indicative estimates only. A formal written quote will be provided following a free home visit or detailed enquiry. Prices are subject to change and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Our price match guarantee applies to like-for-like written quotes from local competitors. We reserve the right to verify any competitor quote before matching.
3. Delivery
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days from order confirmation and payment. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to stock availability and supplier lead times. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
Delivery is available across Chippenham, Trowbridge, Bath, Bristol, and surrounding Wiltshire areas. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
4. Fitting Services
Fitting is carried out by vetted third-party tradespeople. Fitting prices start from £4.50/m² for standard installations. Final fitting prices will be confirmed in your written quote and may vary based on room complexity, subfloor condition, and access requirements.
We are not liable for damage to subfloors, pipes, or cables that are not visible prior to fitting. Any issues discovered during fitting will be communicated to you before work proceeds.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without charge. After this period, cancellation charges may apply to cover cutting and handling costs. Cut flooring cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please inspect your flooring upon delivery and notify us of any defects within 48 hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wiltshire Carpet Warehouse's liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Wiltshire Carpet Warehouse and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
